Samba Fogo brings Brazilian Carnival to life on stage and in the classroom. For over 20 years, Samba Fogo has enriched Utah culture with the powerful rhythm of batucada drums, accompanying festive Samba dancers in exquisite costumes. Feel the celebration and shine of Brazil through Samba Fogo’s live performances, school outreach programs, drum and dance classes, and community events.

Steppin’ on Main is a summer performance series at Eccles Theater and a partnership between Tin Angel, Eccles Presents, Salt Lake County Arts & Culture, and The Blocks Arts District.
A variety of performances every Friday draw audiences to the Eccles doorsteps for comedy, spoken word, fashion shows, and mariachi. The initiative puts money in the pockets of artists and brings more than 5,000 participants to Main Street, creating a outsized economic impact.
