you agree that the Released Parties will not be responsible or liable for any injury, harm, death, damages, costs, or expenses. Released Parties reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any purchaser who engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Released Parties are not responsible if the concert or any portion pf the VIP package is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of package may be forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Released Parties’ sole discretion.
